Rajagobal says Malaysia will get better
Malaysia coach K. Rajagobal has urged critics to give his team time to mature as Thursday's exit from the Asian Zone World Cup qualifiers begins to sink in.
Malaysia failed to progress to the third round of qualifying for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil following a 1-1 draw with Singapore at the Bukit Jalil Stadium in Kuala Lumpur.
The draw sent the Singaporeans through instead of the Malaysian courtesy of a 6-4 aggregate score they built with an impressive 5-3 win from the first leg
Putting the disappointment of being eliminated from the qualifiers at the hands of their fiercest rivals Singapore behind him, Rajagobal reminded the media that his side was being groomed for the 2015 AFC Asian Cup in Australia.
"We have to remember that the team is being prepared for the 2015 Asian Cup. These players will mature in four years' time and they can only get better," Rajagobal was quoted in The Star as saying.
"We didn't qualify for the next round ... but we also didn't lose in front of our own crowd. I believe we have given our supporters a good game.
"Injuries and delaying tactics broke our attacking rhythm and momentum. A lapse in concentration in defence caused us to concede the equaliser."
He added: "We should have won the match ... but as a coach I'm happy with my players' performance.
"It's not fair to blame any player. It's a team game and we all have to share the blame."
The future of the Malaysian national team will invariably come under the microscope once again over the next few days, but after some thought it may not seem so bleak if Rajagobal's boys can learn from their mistakes.
Six of the players who featured for Malaysia on Thursday against Singapore are still eligble for this year's SEA Games in Indonesia and next year's London Olympics.

Khairul Fahmi Che Mat - 9
An outstanding game by the Kelantan custodian who replaced Sharbinee Allawee from the first-leg defeat. Khairul Fahmi made two good saves from Qiu Li in the opening fifteen minutes, and kept Malaysia in the tie with a stunning save from a Shaiful Esah free-kick in the 39th minute.
Had clean hands when handling high balls, and was quick to rush off his line to deny Qiu Li in the 90th minute. One of the best goalkeepers in the region at present.


Mahali Jasuli - 7
The right-back toiled manfully all night long and was not afraid to put in a hard challenge. Was also ever-ready to help out in attack.


Fadhli bin Mohd Shas - 7
Excellent - and painful - block to deny Aleksandar Duric in the first half. Fadhli was undersized against his veteran opponent but stuck to his task all night long.


Mohd Aidil Zafuan (off 22') - N/A
K. Rajagopal took a huge gamble on playing the half-fit Aidil and it backfired on him when the 23-year-old Negeri Sembilan defender limped off midway through the first half.


Asraruddin Putra Omar - 7
Both Malaysian full-backs should be proud of the performances they put in. Asraruddin kept a tight leash on Shi Jiayi all night long, but was also keen on venturing forward to support his left-winger S. Kunalan.


Amirul Hadi Zainal - 6.5
Credit has to be given to Amirul Hadi who never stopped trying to get the better of Lions left-back Shaiful Esah. Pacy and armed with a bag of tricks, perhaps the only criticism of the Selangor winger was the lack of quality crosses down the right.


Ismail Faruqi Asha'ri (off 63') - 5
Ismail Faruqi was always going to have a tough time trying to fill the big boots of suspended captain Safiq Rahim. He showed a couple of nice touches early on, but tried too hard to create something out of nothing and was kept quiet by the defensive-minded duo of Hariss Harun and Mustafic Fahrudin.


Amar Rohidan - 7
An impressive peformance by the Kedah man, who played his role as holding midfielder to perfection. He showed good awareness to mop up messes in front of the Malaysian back four, and his distribution was neat throughout the match.
Influence declined in the second half though, probably due to fatigue at having to provide a shield for his defence.


Kunalan Subramaniam - 8
Singapore were already aware of the danger this man posed, after he caused Ismail Yunos to be sent off in the first-leg with his sheer pace and trickery.
Would be disappointed with his shot straight at the Singaporean keeper in the fifth minute, but deserves credit for playing to the whistle in the build-up to Malaysia's goal. While the Lions were all expecting the referee to call for a free-kick after Kunalan was felled outside the box, the Negeri Sembilan man continued on his way, before slipping in a clever pass for Safee Sali to hammer home.


Abdul Hadi Yahya (off 71') - 4
Probably awarded a starting berth by Rajagopal after his goal-scoring heroics at the Jalan Besar Stadium last Saturday. However, Abdul Hadi looked a shadow of the player he was in the first-leg, and was unsurprisingly hauled off just after the 70th-minute mark.


Safee Sali - 7.5
He may have opened the scoring for the Tigers - and what a clinical finish it was - but Safee was largely disappointing after a bright start.
Showed what he was capable off early on when he completely bamboozled Mustafic Fahrudin near the byline, before laying on a neat pass which Kunalan failed to take advantage of. Ultimately, Safee could not find his feet, and failed to muster a effort on goal of note, apart from his expertly-taken goal in the 57th minute.

Muslim Ahmad (on 22') - 5.5
It's never a good feeling starting on the bench before being brought on early on in the game, knowing you weren't your coach's first-choice selection, and Muslim couldn't quite fill the boots of the injury-hit Aidil Zafuan.
Was good in the air but put in a number of reckless and unnecessary challenges, and was extremely slow to react when the ball hit the deck.


Kandasamy Gurusamy (on 63') - 6
Kandasamy was brought on with slightly less than half an hour to go in hopes he would be able to provide the Tigers with some much-needed drive. Ultimately, his introduction was in vain. While he was tidy in possession, he failed to come up with the killer pass that Safee would have thrived on.


Ahmad Fakri Saarani (on 71') - 5
Looked lively after coming on for the ineffective Abdul Hadi, but as the game edged closer to a Singapore win on aggregate, Fakri let his emotions get the better of him.
First he clattered into Lions custodian Izwan to pick up a yellow, before a late challenge on Juma'at Jantan saw Ahmad Fakri receive his marching orders.

Anda mungkin pernah diberitahu untuk minum lebih banyak air setiap hari, tapi adakah anda  sedar kebaikan air kepada usaha mencapai target fitness anda baik untuk membakar lemak, membina otot mahupun meningkatkan kadar kesihatan badan anda?
1) Air meningkatkan kekuatan dan performa anda ketika di gym.
Seperti yang anda tahu, dalam menjalani sesi latihan bebanan dan kardiovaskular, tenaga dan kekuatan anda perlu berada ditahap yang terbaik. Kajian menunjukkan sekiranya anda mengalami sedikit dehidrasi boleh mengurangkan kekuatan fizikal anda dengan ketara. Malah dengan hanya pengurangan 3-4% air didalam badan anda boleh menyebabkan 10-20% pengecutan otot-otot didalam badan.
2)Air membantu mengelakkan kecederaan.
Latihan bebanan dan kardiovaskular berintensiti tinggi boleh mewujudkan stress dibahagian sendi anda. Air boleh mengatasi masalah ini dengan memberikan kelinciran kepada sendi-sendi anda dan membina "cushion" perlindungan disekeliling sendi anda.
3) Air membantu penghadaman.
Makronutrient seperti protein, karbohidrat dan lemak memerlukan air untuk dipecahkan kepada komponen yang lebih kecil. Bagi memastikan badan anda benar-benar dapat menggunakan nutrient ini, anda perlu memastikan pengambilan air didalam badan sentiasa mencukupi. Namun perlu diingat pengambilan air yang banyak ketika waktu makan boleh menyebabkan perut kembung dan menjejaskan penghadaman. Minum air ketika perut anda tidak terlalu penuh.
4) Air meningkatkan pembakaran lemak.
Salah satu fungsi hati adalah untuk mengatur metabolisma lemak. Hati juga berperanan membantu ginjal anda dalam pembuangan bahan kumuhan didalam badan melalui urine. Apabila pengambilan air adalah sedikit, bahan kumuhan ini akan terkumpul didalam badan dan akan memaksa ginjal dan hati untuk bekerja lebih untuk membuang bahan kumuhan ini. Kekurangan air boleh menganggu hati anda untuk membakar lemak kerana hati perlu membantu ginjal untuk menbuang bahan kumuhan didalam badan. Hasilnya kadar pembakaran lemak anda akan berkurangan.
5) Peningkatan pengambilan air mengurangkan penyimpanan air berlebihan dalam badan.
Apabila pengambilan air adalah rendah, badan anda akan menyimpan lebih banyak air atas sebab 'survival'. Air yang disimpan biasanya akan disimpan diperut, peha, punggung, muka dan sebagainya lalu menyebabkan anda kelihatan lebih gemuk. Anda sebenarnya boleh kelihatan lebih ramping dalam beberapa hari sahaja hanya dengan meningkatkan pengambilan air kerana ia akan mengurangkan penyimpanan air berlebihan didalam badan.
Jadi berapa banyak airkah yang perlu diambil sehari?
Secara amnya, darab berat badan anda di dalam pound (Lb) dan gandakan dengan 1.6. Hasilnya ialah jumlah ounce(Oz) air yang perlu anda ambil sehari. (1kg = 2.2 lb, 1 Oz = 0.03 Liters)
Ia mungkin rasa terlalu banyak, namun apabila anda sudah biasa ia akan menjadi tabiat yang sihat. Beberapa hari pertama anda mungkin akan perlu ketandas dengan kerap kerana badan anda sedang membuang simpanan air berlebihan didalam badan. Selepas beberapa hari ia tidak lagi akan menjadi satu masalah.
Ingat jangan hanya minum apabila anda sudahpun berasa dahaga, kerana rasa dahaga adalah symptom dehidrasi yang sudahpun berlaku didalam badan!

Hari ni pagi lagi sy dah terkejut beruk tgk Maxis bill!ape dah jadi ni...makin lame makin mahal dah!....rupe2 nye ader sesuatu...nak tahu ape tu sesuatu???nasihat sy jgn la sesekali ko org check saman ke..piliharaya ke..ape ape yg berkaitan dgn checking thru sms ni la..diaorg cekik darah!once dah check thru sms tu,dia dah consider ko org dah melanggan dgn diaorg...thts why kadang2 mesti ade sms yg bukan2 masuk kat phone ko org... benda2 tu semua dia org charge kat ko org tau..w/pon diorg yg send!tk ke benggang!satu sms RM4...utk bulan ni saje sms2 bodo tu dah charge ke bill sy sampai RM76!!

Sebelum ni...sy tk subscribe Itemised Billing konon nye nk JIMAT RM5!skali bile call tanye nape bill melambung diaorg tk leh check kan sbb kite tk subscribe Itemised Billing tu...so last month sy pon subscribe la si Itemised Billing ni....mane tahu bulan ni, dpt bill je sy terjut tgk ape benda MACROK SMS ni...send pulak ke 33200 ....ni dah pelik ni!sbb setahu sy...sy memang tk sms benda2 pelik cam ni...so sy call la Maxis ni...tanye la ape benda sms tu...dia ckp ni kalau sms cam ni..sms cam check saman ke pilihanraya ke vote artis2 ke..benda2 cam ni..skali send dia consider kite dah melanggan dgn diaorg...tu pasal sms bukan2 selalu kite dpt.

Ujian itu menguji kesabaran.....

Hari ni jatuh ke hari yg ke 20 Rapunzel Beroperasi..nk cakap macam mane ye..mungkin terlalu awal..terlalu baru buat kami..macam2 strategik dah dicurahkan ke Rapunzel tu...so far..Alhamdulliah..bersyukur sgt2...
Org ckp hidup ni..kalau tak ade ujian dan dugaan memang tk sah!dlm kami mengatur perangcangan demi perangcangan..ade jugak terselit..masalah..benda tk de la besar..nampak remeh..tp..agak pening la.. ;D Staff yang kami ambik tu memang bdk la..umur baru 15 tahun..dia bekerja pon start kul 4ptg-10.30mlm.Utk tukar shift ngan mummy sy..Memang kite nk bdk muda utk keje situ..sbb org ckp bdk muda senang nk di ajar..kalau kite ckp dia boleh dgr...kalau ambik yg dah kawen + ade ank kang nanti malasah ank dia plak..buat nye sakit ke...tk dpt dtg la..

Ingat kan senang la bile dpt staff muda..mula2 ok la lagi..dia ckp dia tk penah ade experience bekerja..kami pon kire ok la..sbb pk kami boleh ajar..lagipon kami sdiri pon pernah ade pengalaman macam tu..kalau kite tk kasi peluang dkt org yg belum ade pengalaman..sampai bile pon dia x kan dpt pengalaman semua tu...Minggu pertama ok la..sblm ni dgr2 dr mummy je ckp..sbb malas ambik pot sgt...bagi kite org personal things kite tak nk sentuh...as long as dia ok bekeje ngan kite..Masuk minggu ke dua..sy lihat dgn mata kepala..aduii menyakitkan hati pon ader..Dia dah mula berkawan2..kite tk kisah dia nk berkawan..tp biar lah berpada2..mase bekerje..kerje la..mase nk main2 nk mengedik ke jgn mase bekerje...tp ni macam dah campur adukkk!aduiiih!

Mula la pening..seriously sy memang jenis tk reti nk tegur2 org..memang tk reti...tp bile macam ni..sy terpakse..mula2 dia dgr la..tp kite tak tahu bile kite tak ade maybe back to normal...sbb kite tak ade depan mata then sape nk control??letih la kalau setiap kali nk kena tegur..sape suke..kalau sy pon,gerenti sy tk akn suke!sy maybe dpt bertahan la..walaupon dah GERAM gile..!tp husband langsung benggang,w/pon tgk dia cool..terus tunjuk muka tk puas hati...

Bile fikirkan balik..dugaan la bagi kite..bkn senang  nk dpt staff yg kiter boleh harap..Kami masih lagi bagi dia peluang..kalau masih tk oke..nampak gaya nye mencari staff lagi la..sbb ni nk dkt bulan puasa..bulan puasa bulan plg busy..Nak harap kan Mummy je memang tk boleh...Syukur sgt mummy dpt jage kedai tu..dia jage memang sales laju..alhamullilah..memang nk kena kasi reward la kat dia... ;p Husband plak nk cari staff macam mummy..haaii mane nak dpt..org lain bdk2 lagi..mummy tu dia dah tua..dia tk malu panggil2 org..pujuk2 org beli...lagipon mummy dah family background berbusiness...

p/s : baru 20hari bukak kedai..badan dah sakit2 siap demam teruk last week,badan terkejut agak nye..keje je setiap hari NON STOP!

Whether you have embarked on a diet, weight loss workout or through my eBooks, for some, losing weight is easy but for others, the journey to lose even just a couple kilograms can be frustratingly slow and miserable. Why? Let’s look at some 8 reasons you may NOT be able to lose weight.
1.You are eating too little. Surprised? You shouldn’t be. If you are eating too little, your body will simply go in a sub-hibernation mode and lower its metabolism. Why? Coz by not eating enough, your body thinks you’re starving. And when you finally do eat again, it tries to retain and store as much energy (fat) as it can. So don’t skip meals and stick to a balanced diet.

2.You are getting older! Question is, should you eat less or more as you age? Less. As you age, your metabolism slows down. Here your body requires less and less energy (food) to sustain its daily routine. How to combat aging? Supplements? Hell no. Keep active. The more exercise and activities you do, the easier it will be to keep the weight off. Weight training helps as well.

3.Are you stressed? Having trouble at work? Going through a bad breakup? Stress is making you fat. How? 1) when stressed, your body releases hormones that make you retain more fat and 2) well, you tend to eat more. We call them stress-eaters. For me, exercise is the best way to FIGHT stress. And if work really gets in the way, maybe it is time to switch jobs or rethink your career?

4.Are you snacking late a night? To be honest, we all get these late night cravings and without munching on something, it is virtually impossible to doze off. But whatever calories you eat at night, if not used will be stored as fat. We all know this so what is the solution? I call it damage control. Have snacks like carrots handy. These are super low calorie and the sensation of prolonged chewing can trick your brain into believing it is actually getting a lot of food. A glass of low fat milk is also a good idea.

5.Not enough sleep. Yup that’s true, lack of sleep can increase your weight. How? Well lack of sleep means that your body is relatively unrested and weak. To combat this combination, you need to eat more to stay energized. But the extra calories and lack of sleep lowering your metabolism, could possibly result in your weight gain.

6.Weekends. I have been providing free diet analysis for all my ebook buyer and most of the time their weekday meal plans look pretty good. BUT the real killer are your weekends where you spend time with family and friends on coffee, ice cream, fast food etc. Did you know that if your weekend calorie surplus adds up to 500 per day (i.e a few donuts or a pizza), you will gain some 6-7kg per year! Not sure how I calculated that?

7.You are retaining too much water. Losing or gaining fat is one thing but are you struggling with water retention? High water retention is a result of a diet high in salt (sodium) which acts like sand and traps or holds more water. How to reduce water retention? Drink more water, reduce salt, add fibers and yeah, coffee helps too.

8.You have got the wrong idea. Based on my experience, this reason effects most of you who are struggling to lose weight. Wanting to vs knowing how to lose weight are two very different things. The wanting to is easy. The knowing how to is not. Example: we all know that in order to lose weight, you must consume less calories than you need BUT than ask yourself this question: 1) Do you know how many calories you need per day? and 2) Do you know how many calories you are actually consuming? Most of you probably don’t have a clue and that is one of the main reasons you are NOT losing weight.
There is always a reason as to why you are not losing weight. Although it may differ from person to person, the weight you are carrying or gaining needs to come from somewhere. Stress or hormones alone can’t make you gain weight from thin air

Ini lah yang dinamakan erti sebuah Pengorbanan .....

huhu..skrg baru tahu betapa bukan senang nk senang..heeh...since Rapunzel Fashion dah bukak ni..we all dah x ade weekend yg best lagi..sbb every weekends kami akn jage kedai..Alhamdullilah last week we all dah dpt staff.tp part timer jer..permulaan utk tukar shift ngan mummy...and during the weekends she jage for the whole day...tp weekend i n husband ade la..

Okay nk story skit la sepanjang bukak kedai ni..citer plg kelakar bile everyday before kedai tutup 10.30pm,kami berdua tk boleh tidur sbb nk tahu berape total business utk setiap hari..bile kami pk blk memang kelakar la...cam debaran menanti setiap jam 10.30 mlm...hahhah!

Ape yg plg menakutkan bile sales tak hit target..adoii rase cam jantung dah jatuh ke lantai!hidup mula tak tenteram...dlm pikiran ni macam2 di fikirkan...biase la kalau weekday isnin-khamis memang sales akn kurang...sbb bagi org ber business ni..hari yg betul2 berniaga adalah hari Jumaat,Sabtu,Ahad...3 hari ni baru dpt cover blk over the weekdays tu...Lepas tu bila call mummy..dia ckp baju tk ader size la ape la..tahu lakan customer semua byk songeh!nak itu la..ini la..

Bile dah cakap size tk der la itu la ini la..we try nk tunaikan permintaan customer..itu semua  $$$ utk tambah stock2 baru...mula lah kami buat kira2 lagi..pendek kata..tangan saya tk lepas dr calculator..tidur pon dgn Calculator u all tahu tak....hahaah!kelakar pon ader...tp tu la kenyataan nye...Bile rase2 cukup duit..kami decide tambah stock lagi..utk nk tambah stock pon at least we need 1-2k in a week..bygkan la...

Tp kami bersyukur sgt2 during weekends we manage to cover back over the weekday punye sales..Alhamdullilah..Penat..memang penat..sbb biase weekends kami ambik kesempatan utk berehat sbb weekdays bekerja..tp skrg ni..weekends ke weekdays ke tak ade beza bagi kami..everyday we wake up around 6.30am..sib baik la weekday after blk keje dpt la nk rehat2 kejap..tp hati dan fikiran tk tenteram..sebb badan kami je kat rumah..tp hati kat Rapunzel Fashion..so how to rest??hahahha!sib baik tak ade ank lagi..tak tahu la kalau ade ank one day nanti macam mana..tp husband kata ini semua nyer permulaan bagi kami..once everything ok...kami dah boleh la rehat2 skit..ntah la betul ke tak.....kite tunggu dah lihat dulu...

Tp ade org penah ckp...tempat yg kite sewa tu..ade ke org nk dtg?ade ke org duduk kat bukit beruntung tu?sape nk ke sane?tu tempat jin bertendang,sape nk g sane?...ade jugak org gelakkan lagi pon ade..bile buat sales murah murah ..org mula ckp,aii baru bukak kedai dah buat sales,ni mesti kes tak laku nih!tak tahu la diaorg joking ke ape ke...tp tk kisah la.. tu semua kekuatan bagi kami...Alhamdullilah sy masih belum hilang semangat lagi..walaupon sblm ni ade la skit2 rase hilang semangat..hehe..biase la mulut orang mane kite boleh tutup..kalau ikutkan nk jer ckp at least sy ade kedai..awk ader??hehh..tp tak nak la..hati kena bersih..mulut pon kena jaga kan.. :) Tak pe la yang penting kite berusaha...sbb kita hanya merancang..tp tuhan yg menentukan...

 So far sy berpuas hati dan besyukur ke hadrat ilahi dgn sales di Rapunzel Fashion walaupon ade org ckp tempat jin bertendang... ;p Alhamdullilah ini semua berkat doa ibu bapa,family and our friends...
