TerKejut Tgk Phone Bill!

Hari ni pagi lagi sy dah terkejut beruk tgk Maxis bill!ape dah jadi ni...makin lame makin mahal dah!....rupe2 nye ader sesuatu...nak tahu ape tu sesuatu???nasihat sy jgn la sesekali ko org check saman ke..piliharaya ke..ape ape yg berkaitan dgn checking thru sms ni la..diaorg cekik darah!once dah check thru sms tu,dia dah consider ko org dah melanggan dgn diaorg...thts why kadang2 mesti ade sms yg bukan2 masuk kat phone ko org... benda2 tu semua dia org charge kat ko org tau..w/pon diorg yg send!tk ke benggang!satu sms RM4...utk bulan ni saje sms2 bodo tu dah charge ke bill sy sampai RM76!!

Sebelum ni...sy tk subscribe Itemised Billing konon nye nk JIMAT RM5!skali bile call tanye nape bill melambung diaorg tk leh check kan sbb kite tk subscribe Itemised Billing tu...so last month sy pon subscribe la si Itemised Billing ni....mane tahu bulan ni, dpt bill je sy terjut tgk ape benda MACROK SMS ni...send pulak ke 33200 ....ni dah pelik ni!sbb setahu sy...sy memang tk sms benda2 pelik cam ni...so sy call la Maxis ni...tanye la ape benda sms tu...dia ckp ni kalau sms cam ni..sms cam check saman ke pilihanraya ke vote artis2 ke..benda2 cam ni..skali send dia consider kite dah melanggan dgn diaorg...tu pasal sms bukan2 selalu kite dpt.

 Ko org tgk ye..sebulan berape kali dia charge?sedangkan sekali je sy check saman thru phone...tu pon tahun lepas punye!

Phone call pon tk byk...tp pelik kenape bill sampai jd RM200++ (*ni tahap plg berjimat cermat pakai phone tau*) ikutkan sy memang jarang buat call,kalau buat call pon selalu guna husband nye phone..biase bill sy around rm150 jer..memang la nampak tk byk beza..byg kan kalau RM76 setiap bulan dia charge?baik sy guna duit tu buat charity kat Rumah Orang Tua ke Rumah Anak Anak Yatim ke...

Bagi org yg byk duit memang tk luak duit diaorg setakat byk tu jer..tp bagi sy amount tu agak byk la jugak...Kalau org yg jenis tk check bill memang tk perasan benda2 ni semua...sy memang tk perasan benda2 ni semua..since awal tahun ni sy rase pelik dgn bill sy..dgn call out pon tk seberape..sbb skrg ni dah canggih http://www.whatsapp.com/  la BlackberryMessenger semua tu FREE! so buat ape nk call out sgt...mula2 ingatkan sebb sy ambik package internet services 500mb je..rupe2 benda lain yg mahal di charge.. :(

This morning sy dah call Maxis sib baik diorg dpt waived kan RM60 ..ok la w/pon tk dapat waived kan semua..better than nothing kan!buat geram lagi ade la kalau tk dpt waived langsung!I was talking with very nice n helpful customer service from  Maxis his name is Ashraf ....bagus bdk tu...siap borak2 lagi.. :p

p/s : so moral nye...sila2 la rajin2 check bill anda..melainkan anda tk rase curiga langsung dgn bill anda... :) Bye Bye.... Jom sambung Kerjaaa....
